I am one of Ramila's patient for a few years now. Even at first she took time to hear my story and I felt really comfortable with her. She has compassion and is really there to help find the root of the problem, even when it is not physically. She takes the time to listen, you don't feel rushed. She respects our choices and shows us how to make better ones to optimize our health. I recommended her service to all my friends and family member. My grand daughter is also one of her patient and she was right on with her problem and it took a couple of days for the problem to clear up. I phoned on a Friday afternoon to have an 'emergency' consult for my grand daughter who was at the emergency room at the time. I was so relieved when I got to speak to her and found out what was her diagnosis for her. Her recommendations help her a lot. All through the pandemic, she was always available to either an in-person or going to the clinic, when we were allow in. She respected all the health recommendations. If you are serious about finding the root of your problem and serious about doing the work yourself to clear those problems, Ramila is there to help guide you. But don't forget that you have a big part in YOUR OWN HEALING - nobody can do it for you. They can provide the keys but you need to unlock the doors. The whole personnel in the clinic are interested in you. When you walk in, you feel at home. You are more than just a number at this clinic. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone who wants to find a healthy mind in a healthy body. Thanks Ramila, I am on my way to optimal health.

Excellent service all around; I highly recommend! I worked with Megs to do sensitivity clearing, and I have seen great improvements in my overall health, energy & digestion. My Mother also went to the clinic for the Bio Laser pain relief laser for her sciatica. After 6 treatments, she is pain free and incredibly grateful to have found this treatment after suffering for years!!! Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've been struggling to figure out the root cause of my acne since it fist started over a year ago. I Saw a dermatologist, followed my family doctor's recommendation, tried eating "clean", followed a lot of tips I saw online etc, but nothing seemed to worked. I then decided to go see a Naturopath and I can honestly say that this has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I initially just wanted to clear my acne but Ramila was able to help me not only treat that issue but also other problems I did not even realize I had. I've been following her recommendations for 3 months now. My face has cleared up and people around me have noticed the difference. I feel and look a lot better. The bloating I used to have and thought were normal have stopped. Ramila is very understanding, takes the time to listen to every concerns and dig to find the root cause of problems. I'm a vegan and was able to maintain my plant based diet by following her meal recommendations. I'm glad that I decided to go with my gut feeling and chose Ramila as my naturopath, pun intended!

This review is long overdue. I visited the clinic after countless trips to my family doctor for a stomach / digestive issue. For a year I was experiencing acid re-flux as well as nausea and doctors could not identify the issue. I even had an upper endoscopy to rule out any cancer of the esophagus which came back negative thank god. While family doctors want to medicate you, they do not locate the source of the problem. I was recommended to go see Dr. Chanele and she was very thorough in her assessment, advised me to go on an elimination diet and within the first week I started to feel better. Within a month the symptoms had completely gone and along with the help of some of the supplements she suggested I take, I have been completely healed. I highly recommend going to the clinic.
I have been a client for 20 plus years and I have always received stellar results from this team of caring professionals. I have used many of the services and highly recommend this team..
