Gander Veterinary Clinic

I had to have my beautiful kitty put to sleep. The staff was kind, compassionate, and didn't rush me. They had a side door so I didn't have to go back through the lobby while very upset.

Horrible place to go.had too call 100 times before they even pick up the phone. left messages never called back.had to get surgery for my dog.very greedy people.went to Grandfalls what a difference in service.the price was nowhere near watt gander wanted.I’ll never deal with them again

Not very friendly, shames you because you don't have emergency needs for your pet. They are overly expensive. Tries to scare you and shame you into spending. Always comes up with the worse case scenario and tells you that if you don't have the money to care for your cat, you don't deserve a cat and should have it put down.

My puppy was so I'll in the morning, not eating or drinking, just laying on the bed. The staff at the clinic came in on the holiday, treated her really well. Later that afternoon she was feeling much better.

We are new to Gander. I'm very upset about the service I was offered. Called for an appt today. After several calls No answer I left a message. The woman called back 5 hours latter and was very rude. She said they dont answer the phone its message only. They have no appts for over 2 months regardless of what the issue is. No cancelation list to get on. She didn't even want to hear what's wrong with my dog. How can this be acceptable service..

This clinic will not take emergencies. Your pet is very ill and they offer an appt 2 months away or call every morning before 8am in case there is a cancellation. Or they recommend that you call other clinics all across the island. What??!!!!

Took me a few days to post review from our visit, but it is all good. They took care of our Nemo, so very well. They were kind, patient and very understanding with us. We lost our girl that day and it was terrible but I am so thankful for the staff especially the Dr and Jill. They were ever so gentle with her in her last moments. Thank you so much to the staff.

An evening of panic quickly made calm by the great vets at this clinic. It was after hours and they had little Leo all patched up within an hour of his injury. Thank you!

Went in with some questions about pet insurance, very knowledgeable

They treated our cat,Bella very wonderful. They were very gentle with her and I am so impressed. Would go there again and again
