Sussex Insurance - 104 Ave

I have been getting my car insurance at the Super Store on 104 Ave in Surrey, for about 7 years now. I had been switching every now and then but come to the conclusion that Sussex Super Store was the insurance provider for me. This basically is because of the individual that I enjoy dealing with, and his name is Roberto. I don't know him by his last name. I asked him how long he has worked there, and he said, "approximately 10 years". Roberto has a very low key, informative, intelligent demeanor. He has always helped me to figure out the best coverage for me, even if I requested certain amount of payments, and he has also given me cautionary tips. Sometimes we talked about how only a few dollars was worth getting a lot more of coverage. He is never hurried and spends more time going over the particulars. I truly wait in line and specifically ask for him. Good on him, thanks for the great service over the years. Its guys like Roberto that makes a business worth coming back for. Thanks Roberto.

Last week, we were selling a car in downtown Vancouver, and the buyer asked us if we could complete the transfer in Surrey so he could park the car on his driveway and not have to insure it right away. We got to Surrey at 8:45 p.m., and decided to go to the Guildford Town Centre London Drugs autoplan because it was the only one in the area open until 10 p.m. The insurance agent wasn't at the counter, and no one could tell us when/if they would come back. We rushed to Sussex Insurance inside the Superstore on 104 Ave., and it was already 9 when we got there. Bev and Roberto were wonderful! They went above and beyond and stayed an extra half hour to help us. We are so grateful. Thank you for being so amazing!

My car insurance on my leased vehicle expired 2 days ago. I went to renew at Westland Insurance but was required an authorization letter from Nissan. The number I called said they were closed until tomorrow. So, the agent Rani said I could not renew my insurance today and added "just don't drive". I left confused and dissapointed but decided to looked for another broker since I have to work tonight and need my car. I found Sussex Insurance in 104 Ave., Surrey inside Superstore. The agent Manish was friendly from the start. He knew I needed authorization and was the one who called Nissan to get it. I was able to renew my insurance in less than 10 minutes. What a relief! Thanks to Manish and Bev at Sussex insurance for being awesome at your job! 😁
