Unethical business... they sell a faulty product that does not work. They offer zero assistance, they do not warranty there own product. They refuse to take there product back despite being delivered defective.  When you ask for help they insult you and Blame you. I gave them multiple chances to fix this situation I have now had to dispute the charges on my credit card as they do not offer any support nor warranty. I ordered 3 devices for multiple trucks not one works. I have had two people go over the installation.  One device initialized the other two have never initialized.  The customer service here is absolutely disgusting total scam.

As a small company - We only have 3 vehicles connected but the service has proven invaluable. We've gone from daily safety violations speeding, excessive breaking, excessive accelerations to less than one a month. This means our drivers are treating our vehicles better! Plus the office can track where the crews are and we get automated maintenance alerts! The software is intuitive and user friendly, training was very thorough, and the staff is always is always available to answer questions if I need it. A+ across the board. Definitely worth every penny for our business.

Just an update on your GPS Units.    I will be ordering more shortly.    My complements on the units, we had one of our gravel trucks with unit installed stolen a week ago.  They disconnected it from battery and cut the gravel truck up.   The unit sent it's last location when battery disconnected and we tracked the stolen unit down to within feet of the disassembled vehicle  Working with the RCMP we uncovered a theft and chop shop with around $600 k of stolen and chopped vehicles.  Unfortunately my truck was chopped, and they buried the cab as well as your GPS unit.   We did dig up the cab and recovered the unit which most likely will be returned to service once RCMP have released it from evidence.   I have attached a picture of cab that GPS was in.   It was a show quality truck at it's demise  Thank you for you assistance and supplying a quality product that led us to the recovery of the unit and closure on multiple thefts.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are on about. We ordered 15 units to start. Amazing program and wonderful customer service. No question is to silly and they walk you through any process so you can understand. They have been nothing but polite, considerate and helpful with us as we learn. We will be ordering more soon!

We ordered a couple devices and they were defective. No one responded to us from the company they just keep emailing us asking for more money yet the refuse to fix the defective units. Nor will they return emails or calls

Great company to deal with, friendly & professional people.  Set up, install and training were seamless.  We are enjoying the reporting and maps available to us on the Gold plan.  Great company and great products!
