Came her for lunch with a coworker and am very happy they moved into the neighborhood. Food was very tasty and flavourful. Had a pork taco and the beef enchiladas. Love the atmosphere and the wall paintings. I am sure we will be back for many lunches and dinners Vegetarian options: In addition to vegi options they have tofu and soy meat options.
Generous size portion. Amazing value. Delicious food. I enjoyed this on a Tuesday evening. It was close to closing but the staff was still extremely pleasant. He was patient to take our order and made us feel appreciated. The food was will prepared and packed neatly. This place is a gem.
I love their food. My whole family, every friend of mine who has had it, and patrons I’ve observed dining in all love it too. Such a hard working family that operate this business. They deserve all the success they’ve achieved. AND THEIR HABANERO SAUCE IS AMAZING!!!
I didn't taste everything on the menu but I wanted to. The food was delicious . My mom ate the whole plate and she often gets my help but not this time. The service was great and everyone else in the restaurant seemed really happy to.
Came with super high expectations based on the photos and other people’s reviews! Unfortunately for $60 my husband and I left unsatisfied. Enchiladas were a good sized portion and came with rice and beans for just under $20. The tacos were an entire situation of their own, however. A lot of the food comes with “rules”. You can’t mix and match tacos of “special meats” pastor, chorizo, carnitas and MUST only choose one. Interesting concept. What if I don’t want three carnitas? When I asked if I could buy a singular chorizo taco, the answer was yet another no. I’m not sure why . For $17 you’d assume the tacos come with rice and beans, but alas, they do not, and to order a giant side of them cost $8. Chips and salsa were tasty by again, pricy. For $60 we won’t be back, unfortunately. This new commercial drive spot has potential but imo I won’t be back. A shame because I was so excited to finally have an “American” style Mexican place on the drive.
just got the enchilladas with beans/rice and everything about it was beyond what i was expecting. they have great music playing and the owner is really friendly. nice little shop i would recommend coming here to anyone that likes authentic mexican food at a very fair price
Came to this place by accident on a Friday night. And it was a good little gem on the drive. I had the Enchiladas, and it was fantastic! I’ll be back to try more food. Kid-friendliness: Muy bueno
Delicious! Stayed in Van for a week. Ate here almost daily. Kids loved it too. Authentic flavour and great service :Food: 5/5
