After contacting the state pharmacy board, apparently, things got corrected and service has greatly improved practically overnight! Although I prefer to come and pick up my scripts despite qualifying for the delivery service, at least they're correct and ready for prompt pickup.
I’ve called everyday for 1 week straight to set appt and for medical records. They never answer or return phone calls in the 24 hr span they tell you on the recording. Came in today to set the appt and get the records and was greeted with an attitude from the lady at the receptionist desk. I asked for the record and signed the release form and was told there wasn’t a record, then she found the record that was not available at first and when I told her I needed the full shot record she told me that was it. Asked to speak to an nurse or supervisor, she then told me to sit and wait to talk to someone. All of a sudden before the I was able to speak to anyone… she handed me the shot record I requested the 1st two times. During the wait process the 2 women not only laughed at me. She rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional EVERY time. The doctor and nurses are lovely just horrible front desk staff!
This is the rudest, most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered!! They only call to remind of one appointment in the family and then are rude at check in! Asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold over 20 minutes and never connected to anyone. When we arrived on site the check-in lady was nasty and said she had heard about me. As someone who has worked in healthcare in the past, that comment was not only unnecessary, but should’ve never come out of her mouth!! The poor elderly gentleman in front of us was told he didn’t even have an appointment and he said that they had called to confirm it. They were just as rude to him. I felt worse for his situation as he stated he needed medication refilled.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and hope that they learn how better to run things! Definitely won’t return!!!!!
I went to the dental clinic. Clean staff is nice. Very Happy with my visits.
Genuinely just don’t go here. I’ve been going to other AxessPointe locations for years now and have never had an experience as poor as my first time at this location. Terrible service, bad attitudes, waiting over an hour for nothing but a flu shot??? I rarely ever leave reviews, and even less often bad reviews. So, seriously, I couldn’t recommend this place any less. I could go on but to be honest my whole experience was a whole lot of Nothing.. I sat for 30+ minutes after a basic checkup waiting for a flu shot but instead just heard all the nurses laughing and talking in the hallway next to me for at least half the time.
I didn't spend alot of time here as I had to go due to my regular dentist not being in at barberton. As I sat and waited I listened to the receptionists and they didn't seem very friendly and I saw them on their phones, which I found very unprofessional. But it seems anywhere you go these people spend more time on their phones than doing work, guess that's why no one ever answers a phone at the place they are employed. Just a bad practice to allow your receptionists on their personal phones during work hrs, unless they are havin an emergency.
Axesspointe is supposed to bill you on a sliding fee schedule. I qualify for a reduced rate because of my low income. My lab bills are supposed to be no more than ten dollars per visit. I constantly get billed from their Labcorp partner for the balance of what medicare considers my co-pay. This is in addition to my ten dollar payment to Axesspointe for the lab work. When i try to get it straightened out with Axesspointe they tell me they dont have anything to with labcorp billing and to call the lab. When I call the lab they say talk to Axesspointe. Nothing gets straightened out and because I have insurance, I get double billed. I wish Axesspointe managment would get this problem worked out. After all, I went there because they are a government subsidised program and were supposed to help low income people. All I get are billing headaches. Shame on you Axesspointe!

Pretty good place to go to for medical care. Was treated nice. The people are were kind and professional
No one ever answers the phone and I always wait DAYS for a return call then when I finally get a answer on the phone and explain no one calls me back I'm then told my concerns would be forwarded to the doctor then no one ever calls back! Absolutely Unbelievably poor service.
