Acme Fresh Market No. 11

For the prices on the shelves I expect a lot nicer shopping experience. Varieties of foods are pretty limited. Setup is same thing you've seen in grocery stores for last 30 years. Check out times can be ridiculously long. The thing about this Acme that really gets me is that they charge premium prices, but have discount-looking marketing, merchandising, and hardware.

Very Neat, quite and huge variety of options to chose. You will find everything here including bakery, pharmacy, liquor..etc. I liked this place. Very decent and courteous staff.

Family owned, the associates are friendly and helpful. The store is not huge like some superstores which is nice. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores. Great sales each week.

I went pick up my turkey from my employer.The girl that waited on me and got the turkey and crossed my name off the my list my employer provided was ok,but I had picked up a couple more items and went to the self check out.The girl monitoring it was giving me The nastiest look,So when I finished my purchasing my items,I could tell she thought I was trying to leave without buying the turkey,so I showed her my work ID and explained about me picking up my turkey from my employer,she took my badge didn't say anything to me just said to the customer service girl"She says she got this turkey from her employer"The girl in customer service asked what person's name was that gave me the turkey and what she looked like,I wasn't sure what color the girls hair.That was one of the questions I was asked..so she made a call and was told that I did get the turkey from my employer.The girl gave me a thumbs and said"ok your fine"I was offended because,yes its their job to check things,but do you really think I'm going to risk my freedom for a fourteen pound Acme turkey I mean really.I had already bought other items.It just left me with a bad feeling and not that it matters,but I won't go there again.I love Acme,but first impressions are everything and that first impression was tacky...

The produce is fresh but many items are over priced. Great service.
