He answered right away and went to help when I told him it was an urgent matter. When he told me Ohio Edison needed called he followed up to ensure our needs were met. He was very nice and professional. I'll use Ferrara Electric again.

Had my main braker replaced. Didnt know what was the problem but was told in 2 minutes after he arrived. Braker was replaced next day only took 5 mins. Very affordable and reliable. No problems since then

Called and reached Joe who said he would return my call in 15 minutes. He never did. Called again and Joe said he would call right back and he did not.

Ferrara Electric is a really great family owned full service electrical contractor. We've worked with Joe and company since 1995 and feel like they're an integral part of our construction team.

Joe was a no call no show twice when he said he would be out. Go elsewhere for your electrical needs.
