Had my first appointment here last week. Seen lots of specialists lately and never felt compelled to write a review, but Dr. Kim was amazing. The whole staff really. So friendly, knowledgable and most importantly kind. I've never had a more positive experience with a physician. She explained everything so well and instead of giving me "this is your prescription, here's how to use it, have a good day", she gave me multiple options and explained them thoroughly. She even offered to reach out to a past doctor I've had to talk about something for me. I'm very impressed and would recommend

I saw Dr. Bibr today and she was the kindest doctor I have interacted with. Spent more time than I expected with me explaining my condition and treatment options. She did not dismiss any symptoms unlike previous doctors... and I finally have a diagnosis. She was amazing from start to finish and I am so glad she is now my specialist. The nurse I spoke to first, Natasha, was also amazing. All around such a great experience.

I had a long career in nursing so I feel competent to suggest that I know doctors. Dr. Habiba is one of the best doctors I have ever come across.She is so smart, caring, respectful and truly wants the best for her patients.I was so fortunate to have surgery performed by her. Her office assistant was excellent as well.They are a great team together. I am so thankful.

I had been debating for a long time whether or not to write this review. I had been dealing with vulvar pain for years and in 2019 Dr. Habiba diagnosed me with vulvodynia. Our first couple appointments were wonderful… she made me feel seen and heard. However, my last appointment left me in tears as I felt completely dismissed. I was told my pain level was acceptable and there was lots of resistance when I asked about being referred to another specialist and I was dismissed when I tried to share my own research regarding my condition and possible treatment options. If you are suffering from vulvar pain please know that you are not alone.

So unprofessional! Doctor was alright but they need to hire better receptionist. No call back or answer to emails after several attempts. They also only test for one allergy instead of doing a panel for others. I ended up having to go to my family doctor to get the prescriptions because they just never replied to me.

Honestly this is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever had to deal with. The doctor herself is good but the receptionist and whoever else absolutely does not care about the patients. I have been cleared of my seizure and need confirmation from the doctor in order to go back to work. It has been 3 weeks and I have told the receptionist this and for her to contact the doctor in order to send this 1 little note and my workplace doctors have yet to receive it! I cannot make a living or go back to work without this. I guarantee the message hasn’t even been passed on to the doctor. To make things worse I’ve been calling everyday and emailing only to get no answer or response. It also takes about 6 months waiting time just to get an appointment! Please stay very very far away from this place. I hope the owners of this place read this because this is unacceptable. My name is Ismael Mousa by the way, just in case management reads this! Why do you have a phone or email if you don’t respond to either!

My GP referred me to Dr. Papneja over a month ago & no call or letter telling me when my 1st appointment would be. After reading the reviews I can understand why. Doesn't instill alot of confidence in this specialist or their office staff.

Dr . Habiba was so very kind and compassionate through a very stressful time. She ended up doing day surgery and was so comforting and reassuring before hand. My outcome was positive but I will never forget how supportive she was to me. She is truly a special lady that I will never forget.

Dr Farahani was the worst doctor I've meet in the entire Canada. She didn't follow the time schedule and show up, twice. And if you want to book another appointment, you have to wait another month for this doctor’s absence. Totally bullying her patient

I had a great experience with Dr. Farahani. She was very personable and I did not feel like I was being rushed out of her office. She took her time to answer all my questions. Over all a very good experience with Dr. Farahani
