Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Stoney Creek by Jack Nathan Health

Nice doctors but man, do the receptionists need to do their job. For 2 days now I’ve been calling because I dont have a means of getting to the walk in currently. Just wanted to ask how busy they are before wasting money on transportation and wasting my time. 2 DAYS and no one answers the phone. How is it that every time I call, at multiple times of the day, do I still not get an answer. It’s simple, put your hand on the phone and pick it up (click the green button if it’s handheld) and say “how can I help you?” Might as well get my answers on google. Free, instant, and I don’t have to wait more than an hour for someone to answer me.

The physicians care! My experiences at the facility have been excellent. They are thorough and ask questions with the purpose of providing optimum care.

I went to to this clinic 3 times now and just very glad that I did. Doctors and clinic staff is excellent. Dr JM and SB took time to take care of me. I would love to be patient here but I am not sure if the doctors stay there permanently or they're temporary? Hate loosing a family doctor when they move away. Still in shock over loosing my family doctor of 5+ years as she moved 😭

HORRIBLE CLINIC. DOCTORS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. AND DON'T WANT TO REFER YOU TO A SPECIALIST WHO COULD POTENTIALLY HELP YOU. WASTE OF TIME. WALK IN CLINIC IS POINTLESS AND USELESS THEY KNOW NOTHING. WHY DID ALL THE GOOD DOCS GO DOWN SOUTH???

The service and level of comfort in this office is nothing short of phenomenal. All I can say is thank you to the receptionists and the two doctors I met with this week. Both doctors were very approachable, informative and made me feel comfortable and that means a lot. I have never experienced service and care like I did here, not just once but twice in the same week. Thank you so much to everyone in this clinic!
