No wait time. Laura (the nurse) is so attentative and knowledgeable. Dr Scheitzer is also kind and informative. He also remembers my grandfather who passed several years ago which really touched me. The whole office works as a team and is a family - it really shows!!

Very thorough, and takes time to explain the situation. Very understanding. The office is run very well and extremely timely.
