*EDIT* DO NOT VOICE YOUR COMPLAINTS OR YOUR DOCTOR WILL DROP YOU AS A PATIENT!!!nWorst medical centre in Brantford. The wait times are outrageous, the staff on the phone are normally arrogant… the doctors are lazy, incompetent and lack any real empathy for their patience.

Dr. Donaldson is great, but the office staff is a complete nightmare. The receptionists are consistently rude and incompetent. You will be on hold for at least 30 minutes and when they answer, you have to advocate for yourself or else they’ll dismiss everything without notifying the doctor/doctor’s staff, providing inaccurate information to patients. They have no phone etiquette; they’ll put you on hold mid sentence and give you a snarky attitude. This unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable.

Hope you don't need any information about your baby to find them a specialist on a Friday afternoon. No one can open her chart and tell me a damn thing even though results were already giving. Just couldn't remember the name.nNot my only problem. Just set me off. This clinic is a joke.

Walk in clinic is a joke. People coming in just before the”number system” is put on the counter go in well before the elderly and really sick people can even stand up and walk to those laminated numbers after waiting and arriving 45 plus minutes before last minute others arrive and go first by standing near the counter to grab a number. Staff says not their problem. This is how they are instructed to handle walk in after hours appointments

Just had the worst experience waiting for Dr. Huard, I can’t fathom why appointments are made at specific times for them to not even be met an hour later. People work, not just drs. The blood work, astronomical wait times. This building reminds me of Fort Erie ON. health care facilities, just before all clinics started closing, and there was nothing left. Branford is headed that way.
