Went there to purchase 2 audis (Q5 and A5), spent 2hours there (they evaluated my wife's volvo). Told them to send me the offer via email or call me (2hrs was enough!). They never did, bought my 2 cars elsewhere. The service center though is excellent. Very friendly staff and a great limo service. My advice: buy your Audi elsewhere and service it at Niquet.

Worst service I have ever had. Salesman literally told me: "then why did you come?" when I told him his price was not in my range. Extremely arrogant. Biggest waste of time. Will never go back to the dealership again.

Looking to test Drive and Purchase 2017 Golf R DSG to be told by the manager that they have no Golf R's in stock and will not be getting any till the 2018 models are out (6 months away). Asked if he can refer me to an other dealer that have inventory, to be told that he does not know and walked away! If a client is willing to spend 50k towards a Volks, I would think the least he can do is to find the Dealer nearest to me and say that a sales rep (name) is waiting for me.....

Bought 4 year old Golf in February. First warm day in April, found A/C makes hissing sound and does not blow cold air. First available appointment 3 weeks later (because busy with everyone changing to summer tires). Used Sales manager offered A/C recharge for half price ($150) and said customer satisfaction is very important and if A/C recharge does not fix problem, will make arrangements for out-of-warranty repair for a fair price.

Welcoming me in 2011, Gabriel Lemaire shoveled a car from a snow bank so I could test drive a car. I was sold! From Nancy's welcoming smile and friendly door service, to Benjamin Bolling's eagerness to please returning clients, and Daniel Roy's attentiveness to clients' needs, is why I continue my service at Niquet. Plus, my car always comes back spick and span. Team Niquet works hard to keep me happy!
