The people who works in used car dealership are not supportive. They don't followup with customer who wants to buy a car and they don't care to do a deal!!!
I found out some of employees are aggressive. The manager is a great man but he doesn't follow up with customer too.

If you are reading this I congratulate you for taking your time to seek the experience of real people instead of reading fake positive reviews. This was by far the scariest experience I have had with a dealer. After reserving the car for a few hours, I realized it would cost me a lot of money to fix sth on it. I then "dared" to make a lower offer which they refused. That was fine by me but they threatened to take $200 of my credit card for, I quote, "wasting their time". I had to call my bank and report them. Who am I to tell you not to do your business there? just be careful especially with Donald and his boss.

Worst experiance ever. Worst place to get anything done one your car. So i got a oil change done on my car, though it was going to cost me the regular 60$ but no i get the bill and it was 120$. So i asked why it was that much and they told me that it is synthetic oil that they put in because if i still want my car to be under warrenty well thats the oil that i had to put in. So ok fine thats done come back on friday and droped off my car to get some updates done on my radio, when they called me to go and pick it up no one could tell me what was done on my car, that i would have to call on monday because everyone from the service department was gone home. Okay so i left my car there all day and no one could tell me what was done. I went back on wendsday to get a new speaker put in my car, it took them 2 hours to change my speaker. When i asked what they had done on friday on my car they could not tell me what was done. I asked to see where in the "new" warranty it says that i had to put synthetic oil in my car. Long story short they could not find where in the "new" warranty it says that and realized that it was a mistake. So pretty much they bullshited me to get more money from me. I also had a problem with my transmission, when it would shift gears it would kick. What they had said to me was that this is normal. Who in their right mind would think that that is normal for a trans to kick?!?!?!?! The people that work there are extremly incompetent, extremly rude expecially the girl at the reception. She was extremly rude with everyone, they treat you as if you are stupid.  This is not the only problem that i have had with them. Today was the last straw.
I love Chevrolet. But this place makes chevy look horrible.
There are so many other Chevrolet places that you can go to. 
This is the worst place.

Worst service ever!! I bought and ordered from the factory a 2016 Silverado from these guys. They said don't call us before 12 weeks because it could take that long for your truck to come in. After 9 weeks my buddy got his Silverado and he had ordered it after me. I called, and they had forgotten to order my truck!! Then they tried to sell me something off another lot that wasn't the specific model I wanted. I waited 9 weeks for a truck that wasn't coming!! Also they wanted to give me $1500 for my trade in, I sold it for $6000 on Kijiji in three days! Worst dealership EVER!!

We had the pleasure to deal with Donald. Amazing person and takes good care of his clients, even after the sale is completed. Thank you sir, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Will be referring you clients.
