Worst dealership ever...and I mean ever!! We first walked in to buy a new Porsche last year and left because the sales person couldn't be bothered with our business lack of effort, interest, personality.... We ended buying at the Laval dealership instead because they had exceptional customer service. Given that the St-Hubert dealership is closer to the house we have our car serviced there and the experience has been the same as the first experience with the sales rep, however they welcome you with a smile they find a way to be disrespectful. Trust me, do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere!!!

Last month 20 Sep 2022 I have the opportunity to purchase a pre-owned Panamera 4S at this dealership in St. Hubert. I reckon that the service render by this company is impeccable. The sales services approach was exclusive, professional, informative with attention to details. In the beginning I was a bit worry about the size of this vehicle as it might be too tight to park in my garage. Without any hesitation, they have even sent the car with a Porsche specialist – Olivier to come to my house for me to visualize whether this vehicle is compatible with my garage size. Thanks for Olivier’s professional approach with detailed presentation which has erased all my anxiety. The delivery was punctual and highly organized. I must congratulate to the Sales Executive – Ms Ariel Leung who has tried her endeavour effort and offered a service which is superb, by far the best in the market. Furthermore Olivier – The Porsche specialist is also well organized explaining in full details of this vehicle. I look for to servicing this vehicle in this dealership and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who would like to purchase a Porsche.
Everything was going well until we met with the lady in finance I believe her name is Noemi Carrier - a young girl, blond. She has no idea what she was talking about and it completely ruined our experience. Very condescending as well. She needs to remember she works there and doesn't own the company. Since she's in charge of finance we decided to go elsewhere since that's the most crucial part about BUYING a car. For a dealership of this height, we expect them to hire people with professionalism and competency.
Great overall experience, sales, service, events. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in the brand. Recently picked up my 3rd car from them, top notch organization.
Did not purchase my car here. I had purchased it at Porsche Lauzon in Laval instead. Both dealerships have the same owner and so, I definitely see the same quality of service in both dealerships. They were always nice, quick and efficient whenever I went there. Last time I had gone to buy an ice scraper for my car, it was an easy and quick experience. I also appreciate the fact that they have a lot of electric charging stations for the EVs I had a wonderful experience with service, as well. I just recently had an unfortunate flat tire with my Taycan. They were quick and efficient with getting the replacement tire. Even though they didn't have my winter tire in stock, they were able to find a new one for me within a day! That was excellent and I was able to get the car back the day after they received the car. The car was in storage with the towing company on the weekend. I personally really had a positive experience with the roadside assistance from 1800-PORSCHE. It was quick and hassle-free and of course, completely covered. I personally love how Porsche Lauzon and Porsche Rive-Sud communicate by text message since it allows you to answer back at your earliest convenience, without being worried that you might miss a call. Once they inspected my vehicle, they had quickly informed me that I also needed an alignment by text, asking for my authorization. This is something that I wish many other businesses did as well. Sometimes, answering a phone call may be inconvenient but a text message is never intrusive. They even washed my car interior and exterior and it was great! My car was in dire need of a wash and I appreciated that as well very much. A lot of dealerships have excellent service for sales but tend to lack in quality for their after-sales service. I am glad to say that Porsche Lauzon and Porsche Rive-Sud is not one of those dealerships.
If I could leave 0 stars I would have. They do nothing to alleviate the concerns about buying Quebec cars. Horrible communication, suspect information, and are an absolute horrible example of the Porsche brand. I would urge anyone to look elsewhere, you have been warned.
It's a good place to shop for a Porsche if you don't mind to pay for the sticker price. Compared to other brand, they don't give you a big window to negociate. They might say 2-3k down but that's nothing. Beside, some brand like Mercedes Benz have a bigger discount on their car, and THEY can give an additionnal discount. I have received up to 40k discount on an s, 15-16k on a CLA45 OR 20K on a C63. My point is that Porsche you won't get that much of a debate. In fact, according to some research, they said that Porsche make the most profit off each car they sold compared to the other brand. If you are someone who cares about their money, and want to feel good to pay less than sticker price for a brand new car.... Porsche is not the way to go. DONT GET ME WRONG, I admire Porsche, they make awesome car!

I had such a lovely experience with Ariel Leung. I bought a GT4 from here and everything was extremely professional and efficient. I will be sticking with her and this Porsche dealership for a while.
