Bought a used car there and was recommended a high quality warranty. Had a few problems with the car and every single time, they did their best to overcharge, skip over obvious repairs and other shady stuff just to save a couple bucks and profit on the back of a student/first car owner. This place outright s**ks, almost looks like the employees were bred for money grabbing. Every encounter post-buy was extremely unpleasant sure seemed nice when the jackpot was up for grabs. Do NOT give them your wallet, they don't deserve it.
Was disappointed by the person who was taking care of our situation Silvian. He had a very bad attitude to begin with. For someone who wants customers to come and buy a care his attitude wasn’t intending it at all. After driving 2 and a half hours for nothing, he wasn’t negotiable at all. You can tell he didn’t want to be there or work. Very unprofessional. Car didn’t have a clear title and lied and said it did. Claims he forgot to “click a button” which his job all day is to work with cars. Definitely don’t recommend this dealership.
We were really very disappointed by the service. Instead of apologizing and speeding up our process, they kept on delaying. No one called us, also when we called they were not responding properly. We can see that when we walked in second time for documentation, most of the staff was no willing to talk and were running away.
Horrible experience. My brother bought a used car and after 2-3 days check engine sign came. Even they didn't wash the car at delivery time. They said we wash the car 2-3 days before the delivery. I don't know how they maintain their rating at 4.4.
Extremely bad service, I called agency for availability of car, frist they said car is available, also scheduled for visit. When I arrived, no one attended me properly, they made me wait for long, later I was told the car is sold out. I specially drove from Montreal and this was what I received in the end. Staff is so careless, they don’t even called me to inform, when I asked to have a word with manager, he didn’t came downstairs to talk, instead he was standing and watching me from his office. I will never suggest anyone to buy a car from them.

It has already passed 3 weeks since I spoke to the person from Credit, now she is no longer answering my emails or my calls. I need my registration car vehicule document, I can't get my plates and offcourse I can't use the car. Can someone do something there?
Bought a used car and was promised the best service ever. They delivered the car to me not properly clean and all the paint bumps they promised they will touch up, they never even looked at them. I was told they will send me a paint pen to do it myself… its been over 3 months and im still waiting, after constant follow ups. They’re main goal is to sell you the car then its your problem. The sales rep stopped answering my calls and texts and the managers give you empty promisses. I rarely do post reviews but this is to bring awareness to other buyers. If it the dealership wasn't an hour away from where I live I would have returned the car and took my money elsewhere and I urge you to so the same. Disappointing… ***Update, they called me right after I gave them this review willing to do anything for me to remove my comment. They made it seem its all about the pen that was never delivered to me but I insisted that the service was horrible. Not wanting to remove my comment frustrated them and we ended the call. This was the biggest example that showed that they do not care about the customer but rather their image. If you wanted to make a customer happy just simply do what you promised to do. Send the pen or book me a touch up and clean up without wanting something in return. As I told your manager on the phone, its not about a 20$ pen that i can by from Canadian tire.
Everything went very smooth. All information presented clear, car received. Really happy with the assistance and the Staff.
I don’t even understand how they managed to get 4.4 star rating, it is beyond me. They sell cars with issues and they tell you “we got it covered, you won’t have to pay for the repairs” but then have incompetent workers working on your car making it worse? But, if you suggest even going somewhere else to have your car seen under a WARRANTY they made for you regarding the cars repairs then you have to manage the bill even though they sold you a defective car and their mechanics clearly aren’t qualified for the job. Can’t forget how they mention “we work on Maserati’s” like that’s not even what I drive but then proceed to say they aren’t familiar with my car, like if that’s the case then let me take it to a Volkswagen dealership where they KNOW how to work on my car. Waste of time and money going here, feels like I’m going in circles with them.
