Scarlet has a wonderful energy and I left feeling very calm and relaxed. She quickly and gently found the problematic areas in my back that had been bothering me and worked them out. I would happily recommend her services to anyone!

Great little place with skilled hands! After years of putting up with a sore back and limited mobility, I decided to see someone about it. I've seen great improvements in my mobility and pain since coming into Awakening Within and I'm so glad I did. Thanks for getting me back to normal, I almost forgot what normal was!

Had a great much needed massage left feeling truly relaxed  thanks Scarlet!

Saw the osteopath. So far so good for my hip problems. I will be back.
