Salon is beautiful, clean and inviting. I was not real happy with my haircut the first time around. I was invited for a do-over by the great staff.
 Not often one received such high level of customer service and commitment to perfection and pride of craftsmanship!
Niki Netzer gave me the best looking hair- layered as requested, shiny and healthy! I immediately got lots of compliments! She was very patient and helpful!
I highly recommend this salon!

Best in town. The staff makes you feel right at home and are amazingly gifted at what they do across the board.

Favourite salon in Nanaimo. If you have curly hair, Alex Huston is a must but all of the ladies are fantastic!
