This is the first time I tried Pretzels. I was spellbound, what an amazing taste! Clearly Auntie Anne deserves a 5 star rating. I loved the freshly cooked pretzel, it was warm and the sauce was superb. I tried the Salted one with Chipotle sauce, believe me the sauce will give your taste buds a heavenly feeling !
it wasn’t good serwis unfortunately. we came at 8:26 pm and ordered “mini dogs” for $10,96!!! the girl said that I can’t order this dish because they close in half an hour! I said so what are we gonna do? and the girl said “ if you want, you can wait 10-15 minutes and they will be ready.” so I agreed and she started cooking with her angry face! it seemed like she wanted to go home. we don’t recommend this place
food quality is reducing drastically. order mini pretzel dogs & they were ridiculously salty Ive had them before and know what they taste like. portion was also ridiculous for $10. mr pretzel tastes way better & you get what you pay for.
Don't waste your money - Mr Pretzels is 30 seconds away. Tried auntie Anne's and the pretzel bite things were hard and cold and bad. Walked 2 minutes and nice soft warm and fresh ones at Mr Pretzels.
Raw dough on pretzel dogs. How health sanitary is that? Didn’t think I’d need my receipt at checkout, but oh well. Very disappointed since Eaton centre location has never let me down.
Got a lemonade here and pretzels. Pretzels were ok, the lemonade was awful. It tastes off like the machine wasn't cleaned. Doesn't even taste like lemon... Idk how to describe it. Had to toss the whole thing out because I don't wanna be sick
TL;DR pretzel was awful, service was slow Decided to try one pretzel from Auntie Anne's and one from Mr Pretzel to see which was our favourite. Ordered a roasted garlic & parmesan pretzel at Auntie Anne's and were told pretzels had to be cooked despite MANY in the front display case and it would be a 15 minute wait. We decided to grab our pretzel from Mr Pretzel while we waited. It was lovely. We were so excited to try our next one at Auntie Anne's and compare them. When we got back to Auntie Anne's our pretzel was ready. We took it and sat down. It was surprisingly thin and dense, but we had high hopes. One bite was enough to tell us the pretzel was inedible. The flavour powder on the pretzel genuinely tasted like chemical dust, like it had been covered in Comet. It was absolutely dreadful. We threw it out and went back to Mr Pretzel for a parmesan pretzel. I don't know if the dough didn't proof properly, and perhaps the flavour powder has just gone off somehow?? But their should be some sort of quality control to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'm not the type to write reviews or get angry, I usually just chalk it up to bad luck and move on, but this experience was seriously dreadful and I'd hate for it to happen to someone else.
Awful service. Firstly the presentation of the restaurant was questionable seeing the state of their display board broken monitor and upside down display. Once that was excused, and we placed our order, we noticed only two people working in the store. They told us that it would take 10 mins for our order to be ready. 25 minutes later our order was still no where to be seen. People next to me had been waiting 50 minutes for their order. Extremely slow/poor service.
At 2:20 pm today, the staff that was working that shift was very rude, serve customer with full of attitude. I wanted a caramel pretzel, but they don't have that option. There was only 2 regular skinny dried up pretzels at the front. So i bought 1,it was $5.40, I thought it was gonna come with the tiny cararmel dip. But she said extra $1.50, so i returned the pretzel since it's been sitting there, not worthed, she immediately throw it into the garbage bin right infront of me with rude face. I mean if the worker was flexible it doesn't hurt to give me the caramel dip, since she was just throwing out the pretzel. The store would have made $5.40, instead of throwing out the pretzel right infront of the customer and make no money in exchange for unhappy customers.
Great service. Bought the mini dogs combo with the honey mustard sauce on the side. Delicious. This is one if my favorite go to places in Square one.
