Very difficult to get an appointment with your care provider when you are not feeling well as they tend to be over booked. The quality of care once you have been seen is above grade though and worth the struggle of getting in.

I'm actually posting under my boyfriends account but my name is Casey Asselin and my doctor here is amazing! He is so compassionate and caring about my comfort and wellbeing when there's been times I could go in to get my script he's had it promptly called in! I feel very lucky to have Keiren Donaghey as my provider..he's been nothing but kind and caring and respectful about my personal decisions regarding my cancer and health and has never tried to sway any of my choices..he just listens offers his thoughts and advice and leaves the ultimate choice to me. I can't say enough good about him! I would hate to lose him that's all I know. The staff is amazing and right on top of things as well!

I have been the first called on hold for twenty five thirty minutes now and just when I think I'm going to reach someone I get to get on hold again whoever works their phones does a horrible job

My Dr. and the staff here are some of the best I've ever had. I am in the office upto 3 times a month so I see them often. There is often a wait on the phone, but thats a small price for such good sevice. Thank you.

First they forget to enter my prescription into the system ...so I run out. Then they cannot get an emergency prescription to the pharmacy in over 4+ hours on a Friday. So as of Friday 5:01 PM, I probably will be out over the weekend too!! They are the gang that cannot shoot straight. So...at 5:06 "Cathy" calls me back and promises to send in the RX...I am off to Walmart... what a fool believes...
