ATM (Flagstar Bank)

Wouldn't even give this place one star. This branch is a JOKE! The branch "manager" Abbey Lossia is even a BIGGER joke... Not to mention rude. How professional is it to have the branch ASSISTANT "manager" laugh at you when your clearly in distressed because your heats turned off and all you want is the money in YOUR ACCOUNT .. PHYSICAL MONEY THAT BELONGS TO YOU!! I am so upset. I was not shocked to see nothing but BAD reviews on here. I have over a grand in the account she would only give me $88 and after i had put it in my wallet after SHE Abbey handed it to me , then asked for it back. Are you serious? Then followed me out literally snapping her fingers at me (check your cameras) saying " I'll be sure to close your accounts on Monday" repeated it several times till i got into my vehicle. I WILL be calling corporate. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS !!

Just came in to cash a personal check someone gave me. I understand that there is a service fee of 7.50 (which seems high to me) but there is no reason for the extremely rude account branch manager which forgot her password and had to make several phone calls to reset, took about 30 min. I guess I had to pay 7.50 to waste my time..... Never again!
