Service level has gone down at this branch. I had an issue, staff show any care or empathy about how to resolve my issue, all they could do is charge me a fee...

Closed my auto loan and went to close the account out only to find out I was being charged fees once the auto loan was closed... So now I owe them money. I will be going into the branch to speak to a manager over $3 that I now owe them.... thanks for wasting my time. I will never recommend to any family or friends again after this matter couldn't be resolved over the phone with your company

What kind of an atm doesn't accept cash? And that's after me driving 20 mins out of my way because another locations atm that does accept cash wasn't working
