Closed my auto loan and went to close the account out only to find out I was being charged fees once the auto loan was closed... So now I owe them money. I will be going into the branch to speak to a manager over $3 that I now owe them.... thanks for wasting my time. I will never recommend to any family or friends again after this matter couldn't be resolved over the phone with your company
