I wouldn’t recommend this funeral home. My Aunt had so many mistakes dealing with a pre planned funeral for my grandmother! Update: the director called my aunt today. They will be making a few changes to help smooth out the process at a difficult time. Glad my aunt was able to step forward.
I am writing a review for the Sackville location. I wanted to thank all the staff at the Atlantic Funeral Home. During such difficult time they were able to listen and carry out all of our requests. David was able to help us plan the funeral in a short time--addressing our cultural needs and requests. Rosslyn, our funeral director, a beautiful person who is passionate about her job. She was respectful, caring, thoughtful and professional. She ensured all the details were addressed and was there to support us during such difficult transition with any questions we had. Overall, we were happy with the services and the supporting staff. Everybody was pleasant and respectful, well organized. Thank you, again.
Had two family members services done through these people. They are vultures praying on vulnerable people distraught with emotion. When I think of how many times they upped the price of the service with the words, " you want the best for your loved ones, don't you?" or "most people want the best for their loved ones" It makes me angry. They over charge for EVERYTHING. They are part of a huge funeral conglomerate that only cares about profit.
The family of the late Sylvia Poirier would like to thank the staff of Atlantic funeral homes in Sackville. Every detail was handled perfectly! Ashley, your time, the visitation, the flowers, the bookmarks, the pamphlet for the church were all perfect. Her guest book honoured her and reflected her entire life. Your warmth, kindness, patience and hugs were needed and appreciated. Thank you so much Lea, thank you for your support during the visitation. It was a very hard day and your attention to detail made mom's presentation exactly what she wanted. Thank You To all the stuff who helped me put everything together for my mom, I appreciate you all.
