We have been going with Metro Pet Crematory for years and so has my family members. They pick up our pets quickly and treat them with the respect they deserve. My son lost his cat that he had for 16 years to cancer. There was a mix up with a chain with cross that we ordered him. The vet called them and they said they were busy but could have it back to us by Monday as this was on a Friday. I explained that my son was very attached to his cat and that we ordered the Chain with cross with his ashes in it as he was having a hard time loosing him. Within a few hours metro pet crematory had the cross at the vet for us to pick up for my son. They are truly amazing and will keep going to them and I will always direct anyone I know to them. Thank you for all you do
Very professional and compassionate. The owner of this business is also a pet owner, and was very empathetic during this incredibly trying time. Cost was reasonable for private cremation. A beautiful wooden box urn is also included however you can upgrade to other ones if you wish for an additional cost. I chose to upgrade and was pleased with the selection that was offered. Highly recommend.
I wanted to let everyone know the exceptional job they do here. I had my cats cremation done here the beautiful urn box with her name engraved and was more than I expected. His work shows the care, passion and pride In his work. He also making one for my sons ashes. I highly recommend anyone who wants their pets remains in a beautiful wooden urn to contact them.
I was recommended to this business by my uncle who had a loss a few months prior because of how satisfied he was with the service and the owner. I lost my best friend very suddenly and the owner was easy to deal with even while I was distraught. He treated him with the most respect I could ever ask for and I would recommend this place to anyone who has had one of their best friends recently pass. He assured me multiple times that he would take good care of him and he even allowed me to include his favourite toy to be cremated with him. RIP Dante
The people we dealt with at Metro Pet Crematory were very kind compassionate and professional. We are very pleased with our decision to take Sweet Sylvester there and definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing the loss of a beloved pet.

So happy to have found Metro Pet Cremation on one of the hardest days of our lives when we had to say goodbye to our senior cat and first fur baby Pretty Girl. We felt comfortable leaving her there and also had her back home with us in a very timely manner. Within a few months we had to use this service again for our Fluffy Wilson and Harvey-Franklyn Having the service and professionalism and compassion made the journey so much easier.
When we lost our sweet girl Finan I was devastated. Telling my 6 year old his pet had passed away was so heart breaking. Metro pet crematory got us in the very next morning and gave us a beautiful clean spot to allow our children to say goodbye to their beloved pet. We were given alot of compassion and everything was explained to us. Not once was any product or service pushed on us, we felt very comfortable and taking care of. When our finan was ready to come home, we were offered a delivery of her remains which I found so helpful as we have 4 small children and it's about a 40 minute drive from us. The entire experience was wonderful for what was already a horrible time for all of us. We couldn't have asked for a better and more caring person to be there for our girl at the end.
Thank you for treating my baby with such respect and for putting him in a beautiful urn. For those who love their fur babies this is important and appreciated.
Best place ever did my babies with such compassion and love.I appreciate all the care you gave my babies even keeping my baby in her favorite blanket for cremation and the urns and my necklace that carries there ashes was so much appreciated
