Excellent services here! Ashley Brown assisted me with my personal banking- she and the ATB team were incredibly courteous, she was quick to follow up and took plenty of time to answer all my questions and help plan for the future. I am so grateful, I highly recommend this branch and Ashley in particular!

Miss Ashley Brown is my HERO. This women on her business card says is a personal and business bank but she is a PERSONAL and financial ANGEL. This women is a VERY HARD WORK employee, a women who I will go to war with her because she will be in your corner fighting for you. She is an employee that deserve a award for going beyond and above her duty for you and your family. Also this bank is excellent because has extended them self to you who either just started in this financial world or you are an expert in the financial world. THANK YOU Miss Ashley for give us freedom, compassion, makes us feel like a family not institutional and you have so much given us sharing your experience with us. Thank you. I have had a previous poor experience with this branch of the ATB Financial group , however, after a few more visits it has begun to get better, and so I have edited my previous review to reflect that things have indeed changed for the better

This is an amazing branch with a great staff , they are very professional and the whole team looks and is professional, it’s busy but it’s the effort the whole staff puts into trying to help when needed including management , always offering help and advise to help the line up with other optionsnI go in every week and they always greet me and all the customers even the rude ones who yell at them , they keep smiling and try their best ,it’s not easy with a changing world but I will always appreciate their efforts ! Happy customer !

I had the pleasure of having Kendal help me through some issues I had been having with another ATB Branch. She was very informative, and very helpful! I am so glad I went into the Spruce Grove ATB Branch today to deal with a professional who really knows what they are doing! Thanks so much Kendal!
