Dealt with Ashley in regards to a mortgage and she was an absolute delight to deal with. She was able to get us exactly what we needed on a very tight turn around. She was very professional yet personable and in what could’ve been a stressful situation she made it feel like a breeze. Very grateful to have gotten to deal with her :

I have had a previous poor experience with this branch of the ATB Financial group , however, after a few more visits it has begun to get better, and so I have edited my previous review to reflect that things have indeed changed for the better

Always a line. For some reason I could not make a deposit at their self service terminals. Also one of the terminals is always “temporally” out of service. I’ve been standing in line for 10 minutes without being greeted. There is only 2 workers servicing the line. And 2 taking occasional persons. Always a line and it’s seriously ridiculous if they know there’s been a piling line for weeks and will only have 2 people servicing the line. I only come here because I don’t have the time to find another bank. When I have to time switch over I certainly will. I have always been disappointed when it comes to this bank. Update: I stood in line for 20 minutes to make a single deposit, I am extremely unhappy with the service here

Excellent services here! Ashley Brown assisted me with my personal banking- she and the ATB team were incredibly courteous, she was quick to follow up and took plenty of time to answer all my questions and help plan for the future. I am so grateful, I highly recommend this branch and Ashley in particular!

Always long line ups with minimal teller staff.nLast time I was there the manager, Soula Jackson was rude and confrontational with a client I was chatting with.nInexplicable, considering their professed “ zero Tolerance Policy”
