Tanya made getting a policy so simple and effortless, she was diligent and I did not require to give her all the information the second time despite me calling her after a few weeks between getting the quote and signing up. The details were also all accurately captured and the service was top notch. Shortly after the purchase I was systematically introduced to her colleague who would manage ongoing updates if I required any. Very professional team and top notch pricing!
Dropped by office to receive an insurance quote, was told I would receive a call back that afternoon. No one did so. Called the office the next day and was told someone would call me within 24-28 hours - seems like a long time for a prospective client and a new business opportunity. When I finally received a call back, the agent was clearly uninterested in my business. I am a professional person, I know the insurance industry well. This agent and her agency make the industry look bad. I will now take my business elsewhere.

Friendly, prompt and professional service. I had an appointment for 11:00 and called around 10:15 to say I'd finished up earlier than planned so could I drop in earlier. They were able to accommodate me. I appreciated seeing the staff all dressed up and celebrating Halloween when I went in to review and sign the insurance documents Oct. 31st. I think it's great when a company encourages their employees to have a little fun at work.
On the other side of Happy, Vienneau Keep increasing the rate on Me in past years . When asked for competitive rate all I was told that s rates keep going Up! Well Considering that I had insurance with Vienneau for 30 Yrs with No Claims ,Perfect Record with No Blemish .felt It should count for Something ,I was Grandfather Claused in, LOL Well I was forced to look else where or keep paying High Rate Insurance with Vienneau ,Because the Rates or going Up, Well the Very first place I went for a Quote My Insurance is going down almost 50% Percent! No Dear Family and friend Vienneau My Insurance in going down! You should do a Commercial on What a Valued Customer should be, You will be Sadly Missed Your Friend from Your Beginning Have grown way to Big to care about the little people that would put you on Pedestal You have fallen.

She has been very instrumental throughout that process in taking care of our Home and Auto needs. Even though we were miles away, she was only an email or a phone call away and swift in ensuring that our questions were answered and our needs were met. When they say Worry Pas, they mean it. Usually when a payment issue happens with a larger company, the client gets informed that it was an error but unfortunately nothing can be done. This was not the case. Helene went out of her way to make things right for me. I have never received such good service anywhere no matter what kind of company. Could not be more pleased to have recommended everyone I know to Vienneau! One very grateful customer!
