Assurance Belliveau Insurance Inc

I wanted to get home insurance with this company and the broker I dealt with literally told me he couldn't waste his time to write me a letter to say he would insure my house because I might go to an other company after he wrote the letter... seriously? broker:" we can do a letter no problem miss, the only thing is, a lot of the past costumer for some reason ask for a letter then never join our company so if you want me to take the time and write you a letter we need to make sure you'll come back to us." Me(flabbergasted) :"Ive been emailing you back and forth for the past 24hrs with all the details of my house so obviously im interested in your business!!? I seriously didn't appreciate this little speech it was kind of rude actually" Broker:" well miss if you didn't appreciate it there's nothing I can do for you." and hangs up the phone... What just happened?! im so not impress...
