Beautiful office! I recently moved to Ottawa, had a toothache and my boss recommended me to go see this clinic conveniently placed downstairs from where I work. They saw me right away, I saw Dr. Papadatos who who took care of me immediately. Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done now and in the future. Very thorough. I had a root canal and before I knew it I was told it was over. Didn't feel a thing...too busy looking at the tv on the ceiling. The hygienist I saw was great too! Very happy with the referral. Super clean environment.

Great husband and wife team of dentists, great staff, great service and down to earth people you can talk to and they listen, give you all your options pros & cons at very reasonable prices. I've followed Dr. Papadatos since almost 18 yrs and his wife Dr. Olga or as he calls her "his better half" is fantastic as well. My whole family goes there. Never had any problems with the work done. Extreamly professional.

Very good dental office Friendly staff. Nice magazines which I never get to read because they are so efficient but I do take advantage of their TVs on the walls and ceilings. Stunning decor, super clean and the dentists and hygienists are all very good and seem to love what they do. I feel that I am in very good hands. Professional!

I have been a client of this dental practice for years now. Dr. Papadatos and the staff and friendly and polite and are always ready to answer any potential concerns. Very professional indeed. Atmosphere is well lit and they have some interesting decor around the place. Location is very convenient and central, easily accessible by bus, walking or car. Wait times are decent, in my experience they usually take me in pretty quick. The premises is clean and well maintained. They even have a t.v. Feel free to ask and change the channels. No wifi is available though. Highly recommend this place and I am very pleased with it. I do not have any regrets or issues with Place de Ville Dental.

This dental centre has a top notch pair of dentists and a very professional support staff who use the latest equipment and offer the most up to date dental procedures. Every effort is made to make the patient as comfortable as possible through an informative and friendly rapport. The added bonus to their downtown location is free indoor parking and a coffee shop just outside their door in the lower mall of the building. If you arrive by bus the Slater Street bus stop is right outside the street level entrance.

My wife always complains about this place. We had given them many chances hoping for a better results but the way that he treats his patients is horrible. ALWAYS LONG WAITS. Doctors never on time my wife always goes 15 minutes earlier but still has to wait 30-40 mins extra. Tip: don't book so many people if your going to have them wait especially during pandemic.

In short, this is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever dealt with. They made a verbal payment agreement with me 3 weeks prior to extraction of my wisdom teeth. Two different people confirmed to me that the agreement was in good standing prior to my appointment. When I arived they sat me in the chair, got everthing ready for my surgery, only to send one of their office staff to tell me that the agreement was NOT actually valid and that they would not remove my teeth without payment in full. This is 3 weeks AFTER making an arangement with me, AND confirming it twice. I ended up taking the day off of work for nothing and being sent home still in need of care.

Dr. Papadatos is the best dentist in Ottawa. Very intelligent and highly skilled. The whole staff is very comforting and their facility is state of the art. Highly recommend visiting Place De Ville dental/

I haven't been there in almost 2 years and yet they only just called to say that since they didn't put it through the insurance back then, and now have to pay for their mistake 2 years later out of pocket! My insurance company has changed and the time limit to put through an old claim has lapsed. And this isn't even the first time they've done this! So unprofessional. The staff keeps changing all the time and so there is no accountability, I would not recommend going here.
