In over 30 years as a patient, I've never ever witnessed any trace of anything but the utmost professionalism, always very friendly, caring, and helpful. If there's ever any conflict, it doesn't make its way to the patient's side of the reception counter. The reception staff will bend over backwards to accommodate scheduling requests, no matter how last-minute and/or unreasonable, and in over 30 years I've only ever had to wait more than 10 minutes twice: once when Dr. Begg got backed up because of an emergency and once because I was late and the hygienist (rightly) took the next patient, who was early, first. I could go on and on but I'll say just this: I think most people find dental visits uncomfortable at best, but you make the experience as pleasant as it can be. And last but not least, I love the new reminder system using text messages and/or emails as an alternative or addition to phone calls. Awesome.
