Aspire Family Dental

Amazing customer service. Greeted with huge smiles at the front desk (Sue) and taken care of, while in the chair (Gwen). Sue was able to answer any billing questions and I was surprised to learn Gwen knew Spanish! Will absolutely recommend Aspire Family Dental, especially this particular location.

I followed Sue and Dr. McLanahan when they joined the staff of Aspire Family Dental. Having known Sue for many years, I trust her knowledge and compassion that she has for her patients. Sue is very friendly and I consider her a friend to me and to my family. I think that it is important that a patient is able to build a relationship with people that provide care to them. I would also like to mention that Dr. Chronister, Gwen and Ashley are very professional and friendly. This office needs to add off street parking. At times, it has been difficult to find a parking space.

My wait was like 45 minutes so if you want an in and out place this might not be for you. The staff was nice especially my hygienist ( a black lady with short natural hair) . My only other issue are the 2 crazy loud ladies in the waiting room.. But i guess thats location not their fault.

I had a really great experience the best yet through all the dentists I've been to my whole life they were on point and Gwen was amazing informed me about everything that was going on in my mouth and did a really good job with doin the initial cleaning can't wait to go back and finish my treatment and it's unfortunate that people had a bad experience or maybe they just were finding things to knit pick about and weren't really listening to what they were informed thanks aspire yous did awesome and I referred my brother to yous!!

When we first started going the whole staff was helpful and nice then after 4 or 5 months everyone switched. All the receptionists are different and I don't even have the same dentist I've had the whole time. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before someone even noticed I was there, which would have never happens before the switch. I should have been in and out within 5 minutes but I haven't even been seen for over an hour pasted my appointment time.
