Dr Bob's Dental Care

Like many people, I used to dread going to the dentist. Dr. Dan and his assistant have eliminated the fear and anxiety...it has been a 100% pain free experience. I'm seen in a timely manner...front desk is pleasant, efficient and informative.

I didn't even get to walk in the doors of the establishment. All I know is that if you miss an appointment, and call an hour later apologizing. The secretary will tell you you are no longer accepted at this dentist and to find somewhere else to go. I guess working a 14 hour shift 7 hours before you have to be at the dentist is not an excuse that qualifies you to miss an appointment that is at 7:30 am. I even offered to pay a fee for missing the appointment... I was told "no just go somewhere else." Rude, and totally unecessary

I love this dental place. The staff seems very friendly and explains things to you. I didn't have to wait long and the scheduling is convenient. They refer you to someone else and give you estimates and provide you with all the information needed. Would definitely recommend!
