Western New York Dental Group Buffalo Main St

I Went to Western New York Dental Group Buffalo Main St. with a broken crown. They were able to fit me in right away and the staff was very professional, making follow up calls about my appointment as needed. I was highly satisfied with the work done and will definitely be returning for more of my dental needs.

Excellent customer centered services. The dental hygienist was very nice, explained everything she was doing and helped ease any anxieties I had. All other staff was kind and I will recommend this office to others. My only real complaint was scheduling the initial appointment; I was told they would send me the initial paperwork prior to the appointment but after several attempts didn't receive it. So other than a little technology glitch a very responsive and professional office.

Prompt, professional, and painless - hadn't been to a dentist in 5-10 years they made the experience very easy. Needed two fillings, got me in the next day, was painless, and spent less than 30 minutes their. They fully explained the cost before making the appointment. Staff very friendly.

I have been going here for over 10 years and have rarely had a bad experience. Although, one time when I was getting a cavity filled they switched the dentist that would be working on me without telling me. For a 10 years+ customer I am happy with their service.
