From beginning to end the quality and customer service was by far the best experience I have received when buying furniture. We walked out of the Ashley store in Penticton, BC excited. They were true to their word and the delivery was on time and the friendly drivers set everything up and took all the boxes away. I would love if they also sold appliances.

The 2 guys that delivered my new furniture were polite, efficient, friendly. They had my couch & loveseat set up quickly & didn’t leave a mess behind! They were very careful not to bump any walls. I would definitely recommend Ashley Home Furniture for their great customer service & products.

I am giving four stars because Rosane was awesome when it came to answering questions and helping us when our couch was delivered and there was a flaw and making sure we were happy they ordered us a new piece and it’s on its way. No questions asked which in my eyes is great customer service. The gentleman who delivered our couch called when they were running behind and were nice and polite they set the couch up quickly and took all the packaging with them.
