Amazing service. I went in for a mattress and my sales person Ed gave me lots of helpful insight and information and then gave me lots of time to run around and try different mattresses. The manager John, who was very knowledgeable about every different types of mattresses gave me excellent advice which really helped me out. Thank you for taking the time to help me decide.

The day we walked in to look a dining buffets, the salesman was busy so not a lot of time spent with us. However, when we came back 2 days later, he was very helpful and provided lots of information. Hence, we went home and measured for the set. 4 days later we were back to purchase the buffet, table, chairs and bench. Ed was excellent and I would recommend him to others.

Excellent shopping Experience. We went to Ashley Furniture to look for a bed set for my daughter, a new mattress set, and some stools. Keith, our salesperson went above and beyond. The store was extremely busy and he spent the time to go through all of our options. We made all of our purchases through Ashley Furniture and stayed within our budget! Thank you Keith for all of your help, when the time is right we'll be back for the DiningRoom set.

Purchased a beautiful chaise sectional today from Langford BC Ashley Furniture. The store salesman Dave Lapinski was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very intuned with what we wished to buy. The service we got was outstanding. Thank you Dave for your help and great service knowledge. We highly recommend this salesman and store for your furniture needs.
