Edit. Do not shop at the brick. Run don’t walk. Lesson learned. Further to the defects in the furniture being discovered after delivery I was pressured to sign the delivery off by the drivers I was told by their customer service that they would not exchange the brand new bed room furniture that had factory damages packaging 100% intact. After spending over $5000 they only offered a credit on a future purchase. So instead of owning up to their poor quality products they are trying to get me to spend more money. That will be a cold day in hell. I wish I was in a position to take it all back, but I am not now and I feel ripped off. I still appreciate my sale representative’s attempts to help, she’s done what she can. Khushi I wish I could have given a better review!
My husband and I just purchased our very first home and we move in next week. We wanted to buy a new set of couches as we have 4 kids and have always had second hand ones. We found a set we loved but were wanting a darker color. We met sales associate John V and he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for at a great price. John provided us a great customer service experience and we left very happy and will definitely recommend The Brick in Langford to anyone else looking to purchase furniture. Thanks so much John V
We went into The Brick looking for furniture for our new home and we were welcomed by Zack. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk with. He was great at putting together the prices for us, and explaining the breakdown. We look forward to receiving all our beautiful new furniture soon. Top notch service!
I really appreciate the service we got from Kam! Usually sales people can be aggressive but he gave us our space but was also there to answer any questions we had! He offered options and let us know the deals and when we bought our freezer the process was really quick! We will be back for sure
I must say that it has been an incredible experience. The salesman Zack who advised us, guiding us through the process of buying the furniture for the living room of our new house, went to great lengths to show us and explain everything, including the little details. Our evaluation of the experience is 10/10 and I can say with total certainty that We will return to the Brick to buy everything we need for our new house.
Great experience! Cody took us through the pros and cons of various brands and price pointswe were buying a washer/dryer set. Cody was very knowledgeable with no hard sell. We ended up happy with our decision...and the price.
We have purchased quite a few pieces bedroom set, living room set, shelving, bookcase, and now a desk/hutch that was actually $200 cheaper than Best Buy from this location and Zack Kennedy has been awesome each time. My husband jokes that Zack is my personal shopper as I can text him whenever and he always responds pretty quick with answers. Definitely recommend this Langford location!
I stopped into the store today to look at new pillows. We ended up leaving with a mattress , pillow , sectional and high chair ! Kam is the one that helped us out. He listened to what we needed and found the best options for best value. Super excited for my sleep tonight !
Wife and I came in to see about buying a new sofa. It did take a while before a salesperson showed up to assist us and we were JUST about to leave when Zack showed up. Pleasant young man, well informed, seemed relatively knowledgable. We finalized a deal on a sectional with a hide-abed for a really decent price. We were well informed on the warranty aspects, there was no pressure, the sale went very comfortablywe were lounging on the display model of our purchase cant wait for delivery day!! The chance to win your purchase is a nice idea too! Overall ,I would recommend The Brick. Would have given 5/5 had we not had to wait for a salesperson for so long..
Don’t recommend the brick. We bought new appliances last February fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave at first the fridge came with a dent in the door- which they replaced promptly. Dishwasher and microwave have been fine but we have had nothing but issues with the oven. You can’t cook anything without this loud buzzing noise taking over the whole house. And it doesn’t stop when you turn it off, once it cools down. We’ve had multiple people come to look at it with no fix. It has been months since someone has been back. The air fryer function doesn’t work at all. And no one is being helpful about it when we call to see when we are going to have this dealt with.. would be nice to just get a new unit that actually works then having to jump through all these hoops. When you spend good money on something is it so hard to expect it to actually work?
