I see reviews about people being offended by “rude looks” and “short” attitudes from the staff. It’s a coffee shop, get over yourselves, the staff are there to make and serve you coffee. The coffee is great quality, espresso is not bitter or sour, just right. Have not tried the food but the croissants look fresh. Will be coming back for the top tier coffee!
Great coffee, nice presentation, clean and bright store. It's exactly the same layout as the Starbucks that used to be in this location, but now you have new and different choices. As far as selection it really is very similar, but I didn't try the food.
Hot chocolate here is yucky and app does not work. Placed an order through the app, waited, said waiting confirmation from the store, nothing happened, went in, waited, then inquired, they were not aware of our order. The hot chocolates were then made, and they were nothing more than expensive barista oat milk frothed. No chocolate taste at all. Would give a 2 star. Not our first time going there and not liking the drinks/food.
Nice atmosphere and decent coffee. Almond croissant was tasty too. I was super surprised to see Starbucks is not there anymore, as it was a favourite on our Whistler trips This is a cute spot worth checking out
Awful, terrible experience and wish I could give zero stars. Granted, we walked in unknowingly about 5 min before closing and wouldve accepted if they had denied us service but the cashier took my order anyways. The girls working then proceeded to give me dirty looks and talk negatively about how we had walked in late we also thought it was open for a while because there were like 10 different girls in the staff or just friends or something just sitting there doing nothing. I apologized several times after realizing the time but the looks and comments continued. Once I got my coffee, it was not stirred at all and I got no lid or straw, so milk was spilling all over my hands after leaving. As a customer service establishment, I highly recommend considering who you have hired, as these girls were young and full of drama and were completely hateful towards us again, if they were going to act like that, they should’ve just denied us service.
Best coffee in town hands down!!! My latte was amazing and the breakfast croissants were tasty. Staff are very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
Caffe Artigiano in Whistler village was a bit underwhelming compared to their other locations. It had a standard vibe and lacked the uniqueness that sets their other branches apart.
Barista nearly gave me milk instead of oat milk. When I commented that I was grateful she caught this she gave me a very rude look and didn’t say anything. When I asked to make sure my wife’s coffee was oat milk to be sure… she again did not respond. I expect better when I’m paying a small fortune for a cup of coffeeFood: 4/5
The food is quite disappointing. Stale hard muffin and parfait too sweet with granola stale. I know it’s hard to get supplies and staff up here but try harder to be fresh and maintain amazing brand Artigiano!Food: 1/5
Love their coffee and the atmosphere! It is very bright in here! The staff were all very friendly and they have lots of food/pasty/drink options available. Highly recommended!
