Aroma Espresso Bar

I really like this Aroma location, very nice atmosphere & great service with the good price. The fresh cold & hot drinks with cakes are my orders most of the time and I want to try bowls & snacks next time. You can trust my review and stop here for a coffee or cake.Or you can have your meeting or dates there.

Great spot! The food was good and service was quick and attentive. The personal sandwich size was also more than I expected, as one "half" of the Whole sandwich had me feeling full. This cafe is large with plenty of seating, and was busy but not crowded on a weekday afternoon. Lots of sunlight came streaming in the big windows as I had lunch here the other day which is great for working as well. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back!

We went for a breakfast and it was a great experience. The place was neat & clean, staffs were friendly. We ordered egg croissant and fig & goat cheese croissant. Omlette in the croissant wasn't tasty enough but the fig & goat cheese was refreshing and very delicious.

This is a lovely branch of Aroma. It's well situated and clean, it has plenty of seats indoor, nicely decorated, outdoor area is tucked away and surrounded by plants and flowers. The food is prepared fast and is tasty and overall, it's a fairly pleasant place to dine in.

A busy shop, which is great to see. I love having a different choice of chain coffee shops than Tim's and Starbucks. Looooove the Aroma coffee! A hint of chocolatey taste, and velvety smooth. Parking: The shop is in a poorly planned shopping plaza, where the parking is always full, but the shops are not.

I’ve been an Aroma franchise employee for the past 6 months. I came to this Aroma a few weeks ago as a barista and was very upset to discover an extremely poor management at this place. I worked there for 2 days, and stopped being scheduled for no reason. I was ignored by the manager besides my attempts to get in contact with him. When I finally decided to call the manager myself and ask for the explanations, he failed to give a reasonable answer and removed me from the Aroma system without talking to me or even properly training me. Lack of communication, respect, or even basic responsibility for employees are only some of the many drawbacks of this place. I like the location and the franchise, but the management has a long road to improvement.

Very very disappointed with this particular outlet. This was our 3rd visit, we have felt disappointed all 3 times. The person behind the counter taking our order didn't smile, she barely cared and was so disinterested in serving us. I think it was selective, my spouse doesn't think so. The bathroom was disgusting. We ordered a couple of fig and goat cheese croissants our favorite and regular order. We've been having this almost every week at a different outlet at midtown and we love how they make it. But this one was horrible - overdose of honey, soggy and small portion, barely anything that tasted like figs, almost no rocket leaves at all. It was almost like the person who prepared this was disinterested in preparing it. Next, the hot chocolate - it was horrible. There was nothing chocolate about it or hot either. My spouse spat it out right away. Extremely disappointed. We gave this place 3 chances and that would be our last.

First time visiting today, Nice atmosphere, I had made a to go order for 2 drinks and a cheese croissant. Unfortunately, after having to get them to re-heat it twice, it was still frozen.

The location has improved significantly since the new owners, Shasrina and Naveed took over. We ordered meals for 5 people and requested they be ready at a certain time, which they were. The restaurant was clean and there is a lot of seating and parking. Prices were reasonable. Service was SUPER friendly!

Another great location. This one has some funky decor. Modern new age. Always food coffee. Very consistent with all the chain locations.
