Friendly service, fairly quick but lightning speed service is no longer a priority in this chain. Therefore I always order via the app. The dining room is well kept here and the food and quality have greatly improved. The new loaded bowl is good, but 8.99$ is too expensive for the amount they serve. High chairs available. Vegetarian options: Pastries, vegetarian soups and loaded bowl, sandwich and bagels. Kid-friendliness: Muffins, cookies, Timbits, chicken sandwiches and potato wedges. Parking: Plaza parking Wheelchair accessibility: First level, no step. Dietary restrictions: Almond milk available, meat is not halal.

The location on Overlea Blvd was a good place until their manager changed. One of their card scanner does not work for long time. When you ask them to scan your card they will ask you to change the counter. This is most often time consuming, especially when you are rushing for work in the morning because there is another queue for the other counter. Plus the new manager has no level of courtesy towards customer. Even if they waste your time they are not apologetic about it. One time my uncle was grabbing napkins from the counter and she the manager hit his my uncle’s hand by saying that you are not allowed to take yourself. The manager name is Debbie and has made this place unpleasant for our morning snacks. Since we live in the neighbourhood we are regular customers.
Debby was extremely helpful in putting together a large order of Special Olympics donuts for me. She had them ready on time and was able to make even more donuts on short notice. She is a very dedicated and conscientious employee.
Drive-Thru Tim Hortons This Tim Hortons is amazing! The drive-thru staff are always kind, helpful and pleasant. My husband and I always drive away in a good mood because of their uplifting personalities. We thank you guys.
Very big lines for drive through, big wait and most of the time i visit their coffee taste bad. Better improvement is needed from management.
this location was so organized my breakfast wrap was finished before i even paid, very fresh and clean... no complaints! the wendys beside it was another story.Food: 5/5
A Tim Hortons outlet along with a Wendy's that offers drive through. Didn't feel much rush as I went during an evening time. The place is neatly maintained and has a calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. Tried the plant burger due to the advertisements. It is of decent size and good toppings, but doesn't taste as good as the meat burger.
I get my coffee everyday from other Timhortons branches but this was my first time visiting this branch, and I heard from friends and family that they experienced the worst customers service in this branch, but now I experienced it my self. Some of your staff are rude and unprofessional; they don’t know how to talk nicely. I noticed an ESL school close to this branch and some people are trying hard to communicate with your staff, yet instead of trying to understand and help their customers they act as if they’re there to educate people on what to say and how to act THATS NOT THEIR JOB!! if there was a problem they should solve it professionally instead of disrespecting others. I know people may have bad days, and I totally understand but I’m reading reviews from 2+ years complaining about how rude your staff are.
I have been coming here almost every morning for my DOUBLE toasted bagel for the last ten years. This morning I was told that bagels can not be double toasted anymore? What? Is this a joke? You cant toast a bagel twice? Lady on a drive through intercom told that toasting once is more than enough. No its not ! Those bagels are stale. You HAVE to double toast to make them edible. And in the end, how hard is it to double toast a bagel if someone is asking for it? What a joke. Just wasted 15 min of my time in a slow drive through. Anyway, will try again tomorrow and see what happens.
