We enjoyed coming here every evening, however they seem to be closing at 6:30 pm all the time even though their posted hours have them open until 8. Tried calling the owner to find out what’s going on maybe the employees are taking off early. Owners’ voice mail is not setup and Doesn’t answer the phone. Please change your hours to reflect the actual operating time.
Like other recent reviews, not only does the website say they are open until 11pm most days, but as of writing this review, the BUSINESS itself updated the hours to reflect open until 11pm, which is clearly not the case. This is probably the 3rd time this has happened... The owner should really update the hours properlyService: 1/5
Used to like coming here for the past 5-10 years but in the recent month it has gotten significantly worse. The staff stop services like heating up your sandwich and close the entrance from the mall over an hour before closing, and tell people to leave over 20 minutes before the listed closing time, it’s almost as if they want to stop customers from entering so that they can leave early. They also didn’t tell me that I couldn’t heat up my sandwich until after I had already purchased it and only after I had asked. When I bit into my sandwich there was literally ice forming in the egg so why wouldn’t they tell customers these things first? Who would want to eat a warm sandwich sold so cold that there’s literal ice crystals in it? Until they make some changes, I’ll be going to the Starbucks on Dundas.
The washroom is absolutely disgusting and looks like it has never been cleaned. The women's washroom has been closed forever and looks like they have no plans to fix it. It's too bad because the location is really nice.
Enjoy coming here on a daily basis to grab my morning coffee. I like sitting outside as they provide tables and chairs which is great. My only concern is the attitude of the workers. I never see a smile, very unfriendly and not welcoming. Once I asked for double cup since one cup seems to soften and start leaking and worker sighed and rolled her eyes. Most customers here are seniors and deserve to be treated with respect. I hope management will clarify this issue.

Bathroom is disgusting. Absolutely gross. The women's washroom has been out of service forever. Skip it. Royal York location just as bad. Sad. I used to to love going there as I'm not crazy about other coffee chains. I guess I can add this one to the list of places to avoid. How can I eat or drink at a place that is so so dirty? Yuck.
Natasha and Victoria are the friendliest staff at this location by far! 10/10
Visited this location because our regular spot is closed for renovations. It's a large space but could use revamping. Good hours. Friendly staff and customers.
Menus on the walls show items that are no longer carried. You take your time deciding what to order, wait in line, and then get frustrated to know your choice is not on the menu and they 'forgot to change the banners'Food: 1/5
