ARD was originally recommended to me by my mother-in-law and I am thankful for her input. Silly put it is one of the best customer service experiences I have received in a long time; from the moment we walked in Wayne was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. We ultimately could not afford to get everything in year 1 we settled on a Daybed, Umbrella and two Chaise Longes We came back this year to get the matching sectional and coffee table, we could not be happier! I would highly recommend ARD Outdoor Furniture to anyone looking for high quality, modern outdoor furniture with countless fabric colour choices. Everything from the initial browsing to the full-service delivery and set-up is first class - Wayne, Danny and team are really customer focused.

Upon moving to a mid city penthouse apartment in Toronto six years ago, we decided to take advantage of 1500 sq. ft. of outdoor patio space. ARD and their staff were terrific in advising and providing us with appropriate outdoor furniture to achieve our building top refuge. They have been excellent in also providing whatever servicing was required.

Once again, ARD made it happen.  Living in a small condo unit with the desire to transform and modernize my balcony with style and functionality is no easy feat.  Professional consulting and delivery service.  Love sitting on my balcony.

I can praise ARD Outdoor enough. I have one of their wonderful patio umbrellas. After several years, it needed repair. Danny provided excellent service. He was super helpful and stayed on top of all the details for the repair and delivery. And he made the experience easy and a pleasure. Thank you to Danny and the ARD staff. Your loyal customer!

I bought an outdoor set 15years+ ago and recently needed 2 extra chairs. As the furniture is still in perfect condition. I went back and to my surprise they still sell these chairs. Not only that the people who work there are so helpful and understand their product. Because of this I bought an insane patio umbrella and got a great deal. The quality of their product is fantastic and will last a lifetime!

I was having a summer BBQ in the yard and needed an outdoor living room and sun chairs as well as a bar with stools.  We searched everywhere and the options seemed limited.  After finding ARD Outdoor our biggest problem became not purchasing everything in the showroom.  We have a more modern style and they had all the options we'd hoped for plus some!  They were right on point in the store as well.  They didn't harass us, they let us shop while still letting us know that they were there to help and help they did!  It was worth the drive to ARD!  Most people take the time to write crappy reviews but I wanted to make sure I wrote something so people and companies are inspired to continue to do a great job!  Thanks guys!  I'm looking for a day bed and possibly some bamboo fencing so I will probably see you soon!  :

After visiting 4 or 5 patio stores we were recommended ARD Amazing experience. We bought dining table set with 12 chairs and sectional for our backyard. Richard  owner  and staff are very knowledgeable, customer service amazing, the best service experience we received in a long time. The whole experience is great. Quality store. We checked out 2 competitors before coming here and this product was clearly head and shoulders above the competition. The store itself is not thrown together, some others feel like your in a warehouse, this is far more civilized. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and the whole experience is great. Cant wait to take delivery of the product we ordered. I anticipate that the final delivery process will be as easy and enjoyable as the shopping process!!

ARD carries a huge variety of beautiful outdoor furniture and accessories.  I would highly recommend choosing them to create the perfect backyard oasis.  Marsi, a Senior Designer at ARD ,  helped me select furniture for my backyard.  She was kind and patient and she took the time to show me various options and to answer all my questions.  I will definitely be visiting ARD again in the near future!
