I would have liked to rate less than one for the reason being my husband and I only went to in interview her as a prospective realtor for us and if she best suited our needs. But we later found out from our credit report that she ran a credit check on us without signing consent. The inquiry has been there now for 3 years, which now should purge. Bottom line is she shouldn't be running checks on people who are not clients. I can't speak much on her knowledge of the market or any other aspect unfortunately the overall experience with her as not very pleasant.

Thank you Sudodh Sharma for your hard work and dedication in helping me fulfill my dreams.  I wish I came to you earlier, but better late than never.  I had put my trust in you and you delivered without a hitch, who could ask for better customer service, no matter what others may say.  I do not have a bad thing to say about you because at the end of the day you got the job done.  My experience with you was great so I look forward in doing business with you in the future.

We had the best possible experience buying our home and Ms. Sharma made that possible.  She did an excellent job representing us as a broker, taking care of the entire process quickly and smoothly (finding right home for us, getting house inspector, ensuring the repairs were done in house after inspection, helping us understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever was needed).  Her invaluable guidance, strong work ethic, unflagging availability, professionalism, always attentive to detail and client focused showed us she always had our best interest in mind, knowing how to get the most value for us. She constantly followed up on items and helped us stay on track, along with the bank and seller. We never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks on her end.   Her in-depth knowledge and expertise in real estate and the market, along with her superb and shrewd negotiation skills helped us get the best possible price for our new home. I highly recommend Ms. Sharma to any prospective homeowner looking for a full service, personal approach to the home buying process without the high pressure of other companies. We are recommending her to all our friends that are looking to buy or sell a house.  5 + stars for Ms. Sharma!

Thank you Subodh Sharma for showing us that, dreams can come true! Turning dream into realty is just a phone call away to Subodh Sharma… Our dream came true of buying our OWN HOUSE just by one phone call to Subodh Sharma. From there our Fantastic experience of being a First time home buyer began. 
Subodh Sharma is very Professional, Practical, very dedicated, hardworking and much more. Her enthusiasm, communication/negotiation skills are excellent. She listens carefully to our needs and suggested property relevant to our needs. Within few viewing of property we put an offer on a Condo and rest left it to Subodh, We gave her all required documents on time when required. Our coordination was so smooth that we had no stress, no worry for whole time. We got our own house keys and we could not believe that we are now a Home Owner!
We truly believe Subodh Sharma was able to get us best possible house and will only deal with Subodh Sharma for buying and selling my house! 
If you want a real estate broker that does everything that they say they will do and more, we absolutely recommend Subodh Sharma!

Skill Realty team were super professional. They answered most of our questions before we even got a chance to ask them. My wife and I were nervous about picking the right real estate agent to sell our home, but in retrospect we couldn't be happier with our choice. I highly recommend the Skill Realty Inc team!!
