I also bought property in Nova Scotia from Parmjit Kaur in the Fall of 2020 with a 10 year rental guarentee. This from the start has been a complete fraud. We have been struggling for the last 6 months to get our money back and all we are being given is lies. To the person responding to all of the negative reviews: Parmjit Kaur is one of your agents, who was representing the builder and the deal was done through MLS. Century 21 Peoples Choice Realty cannot separate itself from this issue. It is the company's fiduciary responsibility to resolve this matter. BEWARE PEOPLE: Think a hundred times before making dealings with this company.

I had invested for 10 lots in Nova Scotia through paramjit kaur realtor with century 21 people choice, Etobicoke in 2020. As per contract she need to pay back after one year. But it’s almost two years passed and they are not giving any clues that when they will give us cheques as per contract. They are just giving lollipops to all investor clients. Almost 50-60 people had invested through century 21. It’s huge amount in millions. Now Paramjit kaur is not picking up the phone and not returning call. She is being very rude with everyone and not giving us money back.

I invested my money in a cottage that I bought from realtor Parmjit Kaur, in 2020. When I first bought it everything was on track going perfectly, but when the closing date came everything went downhill. She started pushing back the closing date and I’ve yet to receive the cottage or my money that I invested.

I invested in two lots through Paramjit in Nova Scotia in 2020 she told us closing is in sep 2021 but since sep 2021 she is not giving money back not even responding properly. Calling her everyday but still not getting any response from her.

Stuck in a very bad situation through this brokerage. I invested some money through this brokerage in Nova Scotia and now finding out no such property exists. I am now trying to get my money back and for the last six months they’ve only been leading me on. Along with me there are about 70-100 more investors stuck with their money invested in Nova Scotia.
