Be very careful looking to get a mortgage through him. I was promised that if I was turned down for a mortgage for any reason, I would get a full refund of all money spent. When they told me they would not be giving me a mortgage and I asked for my money back, I was told it was not going to happen because it was "my fault". Be aware of this scam. They will get several hundred dollars from you for nothing. EDIT: Be careful of reviews posted with full stars. They suspiciously appear after I post my real, negative review and they are trying to cover it up or hide it.

Very unhelpful. Asked for money which would be refundable and then seemed to disappear. I finally heard back saying no mortgage and no refund. I would find someone else so you don't end up losing money for nothing.
