Great product for this area and top notch communication and service from Jason and Janean. Was much more impressed with them than the “other” hot tub store in town. Spa arrived early and our patio wasn’t ready so they stored it for us and then delivered it when everything was ready to go. They have been available nights and weekends for questions as needed. Thank you!
Jason and his crew are amazing and so is my hot tub. Tons of jets hit you in all the right places... Simple controls... Very well insulated and efficient... Get the salt water ozone system! Excited to see how this does through the winter. Will keep you posted...
I have been trying to get a quote on a hot tub from them for a month. Not a good start. Think I’ll get a hot tub threw a place with better service Yes I did get emails at no time in the emails did you say that you needed my phone number. Yes they are very nice and helpful at the Bozeman store. But when it comes to reviews. Bullying a customer for a good review is not the way to get one. Sry.
Jason and the staff at Artic Spas are fabulous! Customer service was exceptional. And the value of the spa versus other spa dealers in Bozeman can't be beat. They handled everything so quickly and seamlessly from setup, financing and service. I highly recommend them!
My life has improved exponentially! And I've only been in my Artic Fox Signature Spa 5 times! I wonder how I'm going to feel when much more time has passed!!?? I have to admit that I freaked out at first because it was such a big change on my deck. I quickly came to appreciate the beauty of my spa with the deck because the cedar really matches. Using it had a way of convincing me as well. I love it by my lilac bush coming up through the deck. Soon it will bloom and I will enjoy the fragrance : It has a true Zen feel. The roof on my deck covers half of the spa so I get to enjoy being in the rain or just watching the rain as it drops on the water when the jets are off. Omg, so beautiful with the green light! I highly recommend Artic Spas Bozeman. Jason & Janene are super nice people. They sale a high quality product and have high quality service. I highly recommend Artic Spas of Bozeman!
Jason, Your guys were AMAZING! They were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They did a fantastic job getting our GORGEOUS and fantastically high quality tub installed including moving it all around to help us get just the right orientation, training us, and getting the chemicals set just right! I cannot thank you enough for this above-the-best experience! We have bought hot-tubs in the past but have NEVER had an experience as fantastic as this! Great Service! Our spa is nearly 10 years old. It developed small leak in a hose. We called ArcticSpas Bozeman and they promptly sent over a technician. Jake, their technician, was very professional and easy to work with. We bought our spa before there was a dealer anywhere in Montana. So happy to have the Bozeman dealer near by. Their service is top notch!
Thank you Jason and Janeen for a MUCH better alternative to Mountain Hot Tub. Finally! Your business model is far superior to your competitors in every way: working within my budget; sales staff that asked the right questions to guide me; had fantastic installers who spent time with me to learn my salt system; sold me a much better hot tub at a fraction of the other’s price; has excellent follow up and service work. Most importantly, I was not lied to. Splash on, Arctic Spas!
We bought a Artic Spa Swim Spa. The Owner Jason could not be more helpful. He delivered it and installed it himself. I live in Great Falls so it was no small feat. He arranged everything we needed, followed up and genuinely cared. Excellent experience. If you are contemplating purchasing a hot tub outside of the Bozeman area, please give him an opportunity to serve you. 10/10 recommend.
Fantastic range, customer service was A1 friendly knowledgeable and I got a great deal on my new swimspa. Highly recommended everyone who wants a spa, to go to Artic Spas Bozeman
