Worst customer service ever!!! I bought a Seize the Deal coupon and had an appointment scheduled. I ended up canceling the appointment 24 hours before due to personal reasons -- I was told that this was fine (even though their normal cancellation policy is 48 hours) I apologized and was told to just call back and reshedule. When I went to schedule a new appointment (months later) I was told that because I didn't cancel 48 hours in advance, my coupon was marked as used. I have friends that bought the same Seize the Deal coupon who scheuled an appointment but the company decided to reschedule them because they were Seize the Deal clients and not regular clients!! I thought the whole point of Seize the Deal was to introduce new customers to your business and expand your customer base. Apparently Being Beauty and Wellness didn't get that memo. I am not sure how they expect to generate more business if they operate this way. It's too bad because I was VERY excited about this package -- it was an amazing package and I am sure I would have enjoyed it. Unfortunately, they will never receive my business because there are so many OTHER spas around town that thrive on GREAT customer service.
