I have had many wonderful experiences at massage envy in Bozeman. The front desk gals are always friendly and helpful. I have experienced multiple massage therapist and have been very satisfied with most of them. Very welcoming and helpful environment and a great place for a massage.

I am only choosing one star because that is the lowest I can rate. I only gave my business because I was given a gift card to them.

I will start with that I have been dealing with Massage Envy for about a year now. The therapists that I have dealt with have been wonderful! I don't want that to go without saying.

*disclaimer* I should have read the fine print. But, I started my membership, not knowing it was a year long contract, in September 2016. (I still think companies should make that known to their members) When I went to cancel in Dec 2016, the lady told me there is a contract BUT that I can suspend my membership for six months then it will reactivate and I will have to pay one month before I can suspend it again until the end of my contract.

This is not true. After the six months, I went in to suspend my membership again. Then I find out that this has prolonged my membership for 6 more months and I cannot resuspend for another year! This was not what I was told. At this time I was dealing with a different manager than before. (Apparently the former manager wasn't doing anything right) 
 
So, we're at June 2017 now. The new manager said she will do me a kind, and let me cancel right away with no additional charges. It is Sept 2017 now and I have been charged monthly charges for July, August and September. I am so frustrated with this place and I never leave bad reviews.

I went to discuss of the matter tonight, on a Friday at 8:27pm because I could not contact them during the day to find that they closed early.

I needed to get this off my chest. Better luck tomorrow.

Clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere. I've loved every massage and facial that I've received at the Bozeman location. The therapists really know the body well and have been able to address every issue that I've come in with.

I really wanted to come in, but every time I call they are fully booked up. The staff on the phone is always very nice.

I have been at Massage Envy since May 2017 and I love my membership. I enjoy being able to not only receive amazing massages, but facials and stretch sessions as well. The front desk team is very friendly and helpful, while the therapists are very knowledgeable and excellent at addressing all of my massage needs!

I would definitely recommend Massage Envy in Bozeman to anyone who is looking for a massage clinic or a spa.
