Joli

I have been going to Joli for 3+ years and have had consistently wonderful experiences. I see Jan for cuts and highlights. She is an artist! She does such a beautiful job stacking the back of my hair and the color is always so vibrant. Not a week goes by that I don't have a stranger compliment the cut, color, or both. I give full credit to Jan because I have limited skills and patience with my hair. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment within the same week I call and the quality of cut/color never varies.

My husband and I both get our haircuts/treatments from Gloria. I liked his hair the first time he went to her so I suggested he get her card and continue to return to her. He has for months. I had long hair for years but had shoulder surgery and had to get it cut and permed. She did a wonderful job! She really tries to cut your hair the way you want it and asks for feedback. Great experience.

I first came to Joli about a year ago in serious need of corrective color (thanks to a different salon... that’s another story, though). Briana was able to completely fix the bright yellow disaster atop my head and turn it into a beautiful Elsa from Frozen blonde. Mall salons tend to be busier and more fast-paced than the typical salon, but Briana always gives my hair the time and attention it needs. For sure my favorite salon in the Albany area!

My fiancee and I typically come in and deal with Bri. She is an absolute wonder as is the rest of the staff. Great place, and wonderful customer service. Exactly what we want, every time.
