Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Pulled into the Pilot thinking I just made it in time to get something to eat. 11:45pm they already had the entrance blocked with the "closed from midnight to 7am" sign. I was told I could get something fried if I wanted but that's all they had out still. Which means they started "preclosing" way too early. I understand wanting to go home, but if you aren't serving food you're not open until midnight. Either change your posted hours to 11:00 or don't put the food away until midnight. One star because it wouldn't let me give zero.

This was one of the best Arby's I have been to in a long time...The service was excellent and so was the food..I highly recommend stopping by. 🤗🙂🤗

Got a chicken sandwich that had the same texture as rubber. How damn hard is it to fry a freaking chicken breast? Apparently too hard for this Arby's to do right. Absolutely disgusting. Never eat at this Arby's.

i pulled up to the speaker and i started ordering my meal, i have a speech impediment, and they told me if i kept "trying to be funny" they would deny me service. i had to have my friend in the passenger seat order for me because they thought my speech impediment was me messing around. they're disrespectful and inconsiderate of people like me with disabilities. never going back here again, i am guessing i will be denied service again. i deserve an apology from them, and i will not be returning until i get one.
