Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

8/4 arrived at 2:30pm. Had to get someone at 2:50 just to get drinks. No waitress yet was told you should have said something by the front register young lady. It shouldn’t be the customers job to chase after employees but I guess at this location you have too in order for Torrie comes out to you then brings main course and never put the appetizer in the system so you had to wait again for that to come out. Never again will we come here. Management needs to keep out front instead of hiding in the back. When checking out Lilly at the register had an attitude and snatched the receipt out of my hand. Totally uncalled for. In addition this location apparently does not know how the hibachi grilled chicken is supposed to look. Attached are two photos. One that I got with the ceramic plate and the one I should of received should be on a sizzling plate.

They have the best chicken noodle soup anywhere. The noodles are real think, the broth is not watery & has the best taste, homemade like our grandmas use to make. Their deserts are amazing. Great fried pickles. Burgers are big & juicy. I recommend this Perkins.

I love this Perkins. The food is always amazing, made to your specific order. I have never gotten food that was wrong. The only critiques I have is that a lot of the waitresses only come to your table one time after your food has been brought to you. There has been a few times my drink was empty and couldn't get a refill before I was done eating my food. Sometimes people can be really loud in there, but that is no fault of Perkins. Overall a great place to eat with great food. I recommend anybody to eat here. You won't be disappointed.

We received excellent service and the staff was very friendly! Our waitress was waiting several tables and kept apologizing for delays, but in our opinion she was top notch! We never even thought it was taking a long time. We even told her she was doing an amazing job. The service we received should be the standard for all restaurants! Our coffee cups were never empty! Thanks for amazing meal and superior service keep up the good work. Maybe you could teach some other restaurants what do there. Unfortunately we live two hours away, but if we're ever back out that way we will definitely stop again!

It is truly an amazing and welcoming place to eat. I've never been here before and this place has great food. The service is fast and my waitress was very nice and kind. I really enjoyed my whole visit here, and I will definitely be back!!!! 10/10 definitely recommend.
