Ruby Tuesday

10/19/24: A relative of mine stopped by our local Ruby's #4462 for a take-out order for me. I've been sick and wasn't able to go myself. I asked for two 2 orders of stuffed mushrooms. What was brought back to the house was very surprising and not in a good way.nnThere were two containers not even half full of food. see photos The mushrooms, what there was of them, looked as though they'd been thrown into the containers. There were different sizes, from the tiny to larger sizes, instead of consistent sizes as advertised. The food was ice cold and had to be re-heated in the microwave. I live approximately 10 minutes from the restaurant. There's no way the food could've gotten that cold in a short amount of time unless it was cold to start with. At $10.99 per order, to have these show up in the condition they did was awful. I ate them after reheating them, but decided it would be the last time. My relative and I won't be going back.

I'm actually surprised this place can pass their health codes. It's the dirtiest restaurant I have been to. The tables are sticky, everywhere you look is dusty with visible dirt, and the bathrooms smell like 10 years of urine have been brewing on the walls and floors.nnThe food was decent and quick, but mostly because no one was there.nnDefinitely go somewhere else if in Dubois.

We went for dinner 10/20/24 at 6pm. Seated right away and provided menus. About 10 minutes later a server came to take the beverage order. It took approx 15 minutes, after cking with another server to get beverages and another 20 minutes to get our alcoholic beverages and place food orders. In the meantime we noticed other customers experiencing the same delays. It took 45 minutes for food to arrive. Unfortunately all four of the meals were overcooked and not good. We saw several customers just leave without being served. One of the worst dining experiences ever. I don't blame the wait staff as they were all great, just stuck in a bad situation.

This was the second time my kids and grandkids had gone here. We like the service and the food is absolutely wonderful.nRestaurant wasn't to busy. Even with a few other customers and the grandkids settled in and ate their food. We will continue to go here. The price is decent. Thank you for such wonderful experiences !!! ×2

I gave two stars because our waitress was fine. However, the rest of the experience was very very bad. Salad bar was empty of many items, no toilet paper in the restroom. We ordered unsweetened tea and the waitress warned us it tasted like water and she would brew more if we wanted to wait. There were only 4 tables with people and the entire time we were there tables were never cleaned. Part of our food was cold. I can't say they were short staffed because 3 different waitresses and at the most 4 tables occupied. When I went a 2nd time to the salad bar to see if anything was replenished, which it was not, there was a table full of staff with their phones to their face. Last time for us.
